We are seeking a highly-motivated and organized Financial Analyst to join our team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provides budget, forecast and variance analysis and related reports as needed.
Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.
Provides rationale behind reports and analysis and relays them in simple terms.
Creates and maintains statistical/financial databases and reports.
Drives business performance by recommending actions based on analyses and data interpretation.
Interfaces with cross-functional departments on projects and other business priorities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
Minimum of 3 year’s business analytics experience
Construction industry experience is preferred
Comfortable learning and utilizing various financial reporting tools
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong organization, time-management and project management skills
Ability to comfortably manage overlapping deadlines and changing priorities
