Find out how to enable & manage cookies.

To access Client area & manage accounts online, you should enable your cookies. Follow the instructions for your type of computer and browser to turn on your cookies.

If you can’t find the information you need here, refer to your broswer’s help section.

Ms Windows

For Windows devices

Internet Explorer 7 and 8

  • Choose Tools and then Options
  • Click the Privacy  tab
  • Move the slider to choose your preferred settings – the default setting is Medium
  • Click on Advanced
  • Check the box Override automatic cookie handling
  • Under First-party Cookies, select Accept
  • Under Third-party Cookies, select Accept
  • Check the box Always allow session cookies
  • Click OK to exit

Mozilla Firefox

  • Click on Tools, then Options
  • Select the Privacy button
  • Set Firefox will to: Use custom settings for history
  • Check the box Accept cookies from sites to enable Cookies, and uncheck it to disable them

Google Chrome

  • Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar
  • Select Options
  • Click the Under the Hood tab
  • Click Content settings in the Privacy section
  • Click the Cookies tab in the Content Settings dialog and select the setting you need

Opera

  • Go to Tools in the main menu
  • Go to Preferences at the bottom of the File menu
  • Click Privacy and select one of the available options to enable cookies

Apple OS

For Apple devices

Safari

  • From the Safari menu, click Preferences
  • Select the Security tab
  • Next to accept cookies, select Always
  • Close the dialog box
  • Restart Safari

Mozilla Firefox

  • On the top menu bar, click on Firefox and select Preferences
  • Select the Privacy button
  • Set Firefox will to: Use custom settings for history
  • Check the box Accept cookies from sites to enable Cookies, and uncheck it to disable them

Google Chrome

  • Click the spanner icon on the browser toolbar and – if you don’t see one, go to the menu bar at the top of the screen and click Chrome
  • Select Preferences
  • Click the Under the Hood tab
  • Click Content settings in the Privacy section
  • Click the Cookies tab in the Content Settings dialog and select the settings you need

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Microsoft stopped supporting IE for Mac in 2005.
