Savings UK LTD is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate would maintain a positive and proactive relationship with customers, vendors, and coworkers. Additionally, familiarity with working in a manufacturing environment, able to multi-task and possess effective communication skills are preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
2 – 3 years of related position experience preferred
Qualifications:
Individual must be motivated to work independently, as well as with teams.
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
Detail oriented with good written, verbal, and organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills including MS office applications & Salesforce.
Applicant must have exceptional data entry skills.
Duties:
Supervision of customer support representatives.
Assist customers with orders and inquiries
Build customer profiles in CRM system
Coordinate and monitor the transportation of materials between warehouses to ensure timely shipment of customer orders
Organize and track documentation relating to imports
Generate reports and prepare as required by upper management
Review and process invoices
Other projects as needed

Salary:£40,000.00 – £75,000.00 per year
