Customer Support Manager
Savings UK LTD is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate would maintain a positive and proactive relationship with customers, vendors, and coworkers. Additionally, familiarity with working in a manufacturing environment, able to multi-task and possess effective communication skills are preferred.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 – 3 years of related position experience preferred
Qualifications:
- Individual must be motivated to work independently, as well as with teams.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
- Detail oriented with good written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills including MS office applications & Salesforce.
- Applicant must have exceptional data entry skills.
Duties:
- Supervision of customer support representatives.
- Assist customers with orders and inquiries
- Build customer profiles in CRM system
- Coordinate and monitor the transportation of materials between warehouses to ensure timely shipment of customer orders
- Organize and track documentation relating to imports
- Generate reports and prepare as required by upper management
- Review and process invoices
- Other projects as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary:£40,000.00 – £75,000.00 per year
