Your address, email and mobile phone number can all be easily updated from your account:
Open the Main Menu (Top right of the home screen) > Account Details (Hello, Your name )> Select the option you wish to update > Enter your password to confirm changes.
If you need to update your name, please provide us with one of the following documents that are relevant to your situation:
- A deed poll
- A marriage certificate
- A divorce certificate
You can send this to us from the site, just head into the Main Menu (Top right of the home screen) > Open new Ticket > Choose category “Account Verification” ( Note: you must be logged in for doing this)
Once there mention subject " Change Name " and you can send the document as an attachment and we will let you know as soon as it is updated.
